Citrus Sous Vide Pork

  • Sous Vide


  • Boneless Pork Country Ribs


  • .5 cup Dry white wine
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • .5 tsp Tumeric
  • .5 tsp Smoked paprika
  • Dash of berbere (more to taste)
  • Dash of harissa (more to taste)


  • Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl
  • Pat pork dry with paper towels, sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Add pork and marinade to sous vide bag
  • Sous vide at 176F for 8 hours
  • Remove pork from bag and broil on a foil-lined baking sheet for 3-5 minutes per side, or until edges are crispy and golden brown
  • Enjoy!
