Lamb Stock

Homemade stock made with lamb loin chop bones

Cook Time 6 hrs

Ingredients
  

  • Lamb bones
  • 1 Leek
  • 1/2 Red onion
  • 1 Garlic bulb
  • 1-2 Carrots
  • 3-4 Celery stalks
  • 2 Rosemary sprigs
  • 3-4 Thyme sprigs
  • Oregano (fresh)
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a large stock pot
  • Fill pot with water and bring to a boil
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally
  • Strain the liquid through cheese cloth
  • Refrigerate or freeze to store
