Lamb Stock Couscous

With feta, serrano peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes

  • 1.5 cups Lamb stock
  • 1 cup Pearl couscous
  • 2 oz Crumbled feta cheese
  • 1-2 Serrano peppers, diced
  • 4-5 Sun-dried tomato halves, diced
  • .5 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Garlic salt


  • In medium saucepan, bring lamb stock to a boil
  • Stir in couscous and reduce heat to low
  • Cover and simmer for 10-12 min, or until liquid is absorbed and couscous is tender
  • Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients
  • Enjoy!
